Must I be Present for Lab Testing?
No, we are happy to test materials, output rates, and additional measurements required. Photos and videos are emailed upon request.
Can you ship our materials back?
Yes! Upon completion, we bag, label samples, and ship to your desired location at no additional charge.
What if I Need Assistance Deploying my Extruder in my Own Facility?
Weather it is a week or years down the line, partnering with us means continued support from our team. Please give us a call so we can personally address your challenges and get your operations up and running as quickly as possible!
How Long Does Lab Testing Take to Complete?
Lab tests vary based on objectives and production requirements. Your fee covers up to 8 hours of testing with access to our extrusion experts.
Does Diamond America Manufacture Twin Screw Extruders?
No, all standard and custom extruder models feature a single screw style.
What Information do you Require for a Quote?
