One Extruder, Many Applications
From tabletop to production scale, our complete range of extruders ensure you have the right machine for the right process.
Tabletop Extruders
All tabletop extruders operate on 110V, do not have barrel liners, jacket hoppers, or a serpentine flow circuit. Barrels are jacketed for fluid circulation and temperature control. The maximum output rate of 1,140 cubic inches/per hour is the same for these models. Each extruder can be customized to different L/D’s and screw/barrel configurations.

Tabletop 100
The TT100 1" tabletop extruder features a lightweight, portable design for use in a lab or university. With its 115V AC inverter, this compact model runs off a standard wall socket.

Single Feed 100
The SF100 1” single feed extruder has a single counter-rotating feeder auger for improved material feeding.

Twin Feed 100
The TF100 1” twin feed extruder has a single counter-rotating feeder auger for improved material feeding.
Twin Feed Extruders

Twin Feed 200
TF200 2” twin feed extruder provides simple controls, easy serviceability and dependable performance that can deliver up to 7,600 in3/hr.

Twin Feed 400
The TF400 4” twin feed extruder processes materials reliably and efficiently, with a range of 2”, 4”, 6”, or 8” models available to optimize throughput.

Twin Feed 600
The TF600 twin feed extruder features a 6" diameter extrusion barrel, 2 packing augers and can process up to 122,000 in3/hour.

Twin Feed 800
TF800 8” twin feed extruder processes up to 214,000 in3/hr. and is designed to handle the toughest extrusion applications.

Our Competitive Advantages
All production scale extruders feature twin counter rotating packers in the feed hooper. Designed for all types of industries and applications, our robust design provides positive continuous feed capabilities for optimal process control. Our key differentiators include:
Modular Design
Our unique machine configuration is designed for efficient disassembly of the barrel, end plate, and feed chute. This allows for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Optimized Throughput
Twin packers provide consistent material to the feed auger to allow a more uniform flow, greater throughput, and less scrap. Most material surging is eliminated with this design.
Full Customization
Modular design allows packers, augers, barrels, and die configurations to be easily changed and adapted to your requirements.
Scalability
Our tabletop extruders are designed for pilot runs that ensure easy scale up to larger models in your own facility.
Superior Material Quality
Only quality steel, alloys and coatings are used in extruder manufacturing to ensure durable operations, reduce costly corrosion, and early wear.
Manufacturing Synergies / Collaboration
Engineering and production machining work together to provide exact dimensions and geometric tolerancing (stressing concentricity, runout, and perpendicularity). Tight tolerances allow for well-fitting and aligned assemblies. This ensures machines run longer and spare parts are easier to install. Because spare parts are held to the same exact tolerances, this allows for continued repeatability of the extrusion process and helps eliminate process variation.
Our engineer’s and machinists’ work closely together to ensure your extruder components are well aligned and tightly tolerated to improve wear performance.
