Rotary Cutter
Diamond America rotary cutters offer an ergonomic, hygienic design for easy cleaning. With multiple blades and wire cutting selections, our cutters are easily adjustable and mount directly to the die and hinge for seamless die access. A safety limit switch ensures that equipment operation does not occur when the cutter is open. Available rotary models include the RC100, RC200, RC400, RC700, and RC 1000.
Guillotine Cutter
Guillotine cutters are offered for longer, larger diameter cutting requirements. The cutter can be outfitted with optic sensors to trigger at specific cut lengths, or work with a set timer. Designed for use in conveyor systems and with an unlimited range of profiles, customers can expect even, precise measured cuts. A guillotine cutter can be built to your specification or comes in three standard size models: GC100, GC200, and GC400.
Fly Knife
Our fly knife cutter provides a fast and precise cut for many applications. Diamond America cutters are programmable to cut at specific intervals to ensure strict specification tolerances. Delivering the blade velocity and weight in motion enables repeatable cuts each cycle, regardless of the application. Models include the FK100, FK200, and FK400.
Continuous Knife
When speed and production matter, our single blade continuous knife cutter is an excellent option. The cut length is adjusted by the motor RPM. Models include CK100, CK200, and CK400.
