Middle School Students Tour Diamond America
As noted in our May 20th post, middle school students toured Akron Tool & Die and Diamond America as part of a “Summer Camp” on June 8th, 2021. A total of 8 local Akron students received a personal tour of the office and extrusion equipment manufacturing plant. Employees provided interesting facts about the company and manufacturing in general, while students intently listened, and asked questions.
We were proud to host the students and provide a little information for consideration of a potential path into the world of manufacturing.
Diamond America is headquartered in Akron, OH and provides extrusion equipment, dies and cutters internationally.
